You can create new pages, or pages within pages.  Click on "add a new page" on the parent page where you would like the new page to appear.  Give it a concise, clear title, and then type in the content.  Note that the "rich text" tab allows you to format your text as you do in a word processor without learning any special codes.  The default access choice will be to make your new page visible to all, but only modifiable by registered, full members.

Please note that "pages," once created, can be edited, but comments can not.  (To change comments, you must copy and paste its content into a new comment and delete the old.)
